about

Interlude II - Kalmyk ASSR (Version III - Nevsky Mix) went through a few manifestations until completion, and is probably the most "industrial music" track on the album. While it features Cinematic and Industrial Percussion, organ, and Georgian / Russian-style male choir, the track itself refers to the Mongol derived Kalmyk ethnic group, which was forcibly deported in 1943 and experienced a substantial genocide.
